"I had the worst of worse experience with an insurance company that I had for close to nine yrs. I won't put their name out there but their gingle has the phrase "We are .... ba-dum bum bum bum bum" The worst in customer service and empathy I could have imagined. The short of it is I had to change my insurance. I was able to reach the staff at Alan Cox State Farm in Killeen, TX. I had this Insurance before but in hindsight went to another provider about 15 years back. I returned to State Farm (Alan Cox Office) and the staff there are just as welcoming, extremely friendly and very helpful as before. That office still demonstrates a friendly demeanor and the level of professionalism they demonstrate is second to none. I should not have left the first time - remember the grass isn't always greener. I don't believe I'll be leaving again. Good friendly service and a willingness to answer all your questions without sounding condesending is a quality hard to find. Thank you to the "Nice Ladies" in the Alan Cox State Farm Office."
